To improve readability by increasing the font size of the installed themes in My Redmine

RedMica 3.2.0 was released in May 2025. Along with the version upgrade of My Redmine to RedMica 3.2.0, theme improvements will also be applied.

What is a Redmine theme?

A Redmine theme is a feature that allows you to customize the appearance of your Redmine instance. By applying a theme, you can change elements like font, text size, colors, background colors, icons, and layout, altering the overall look and feel of the interface.

My Redmine comes with several themes installed by default, which you can choose and use, including:

  • farend bleuclair
  • farend fancy
  • farend basic

To improve readability, the font size of My Redmine's installed themes has been increased

In November 2024, Redmine 6.0 (RedMica 3.1) was released with significant improvements, including an increase in the default theme’s font size.

Far End Technologies Corporation has also increased the font size of My Redmine’s installed themes to match the default theme, along with making design adjustments to improve readability.
